The FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is a high school level robotics competition combining the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology. Participants are presented with real-life challenges including time management, creative thinking, teamwork, and business management - all of which help prepare students for their futures.

VEX aims to bring high quality STEM experiences to elementary and middle school students with the help of teachers and mentors. The VEX IQ Challenge incorporates cooperative challenges, in which classroom STEM concepts are put to the test as students learn lifelong skills in teamwork, leadership, communications, and more.
